If you have a special request not listed, please ask a staff member. We'll be more than happy to help.
Please note--boarding rates start the day you drop off your pet. CHECK-OUT TIME IS NOON. If you pick up before noon (except Sundays), you will not be charged for that day.
FOR YOUR VACATIONING CONVENIENCE, we are open Sundays from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Please note you will be charged for Sunday since we only offer an afternoon pickup.
NOTICE FOR HOLIDAY BOARDERS
Thank you for choosing Astro Kennels for your holiday boarding! Specific holidays are listed below.
1. Pre-payment is required for all holiday stays in order to hold your reservation.
2. Additional charges like Bordatella, baths and other services can be paid for at the time of pickup.
3. A 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations during a holiday stay in order to avoid the two-day minimum charge.
4. An additional charge of $5.00 for the first dog and $3.00 for additional dogs (in same kennel) will be added to each day that falls on these listed holidays.
